Conference Fee

The registration fee for Russian and CIS participants fee (1500 Rubles) includes set of Conference and Workshop materials (including book of abstracts); review and publishing abstract of one presentation (you may submit more than one abstract for additional fee), postage expenses, coffee-breaks and Welcome Party. Accommodation and meals are at the expense of participants. Members of Interregional Public Association "Women in Science and Education", students and post-graduate participants get special discount.

The registration fee for foreign participants (400 USD) includes visa service, bus transfer from Moscow airport to Dubna and back, set of Conference and Workshop materials (including book of abstracts); review and publishing abstract of one presentation (you may submit more than one abstract for additional fee), postage expenses, coffee-breaks, Welcome Party and social program. Accommodation and meals are at the expense of participants.

Discounts are not applicable for foreign participants (except CIS countries).

Payment Instructions:

Conference fee should be paid after you receive confirmation of your application but before December 15, 2011.You may print filled-in Sberbank order form (for payment in roubles) directly from the website. When making payments please state the invoice number (it can be found in Payment section of your Personal Office). Banking details are listed below:
